The company employs over 650 staff across its business divisions – air traffic control, technology and training, and administration and corporate affairs – located in Dublin city centre (HQ); Dublin, Cork and Shannon airports; Ballygirreen, County Clare; and Ballycasey, County Clare.

As required by the Code of Practice for the Governance of State Bodies, the members of the Audit and Risk Committee must collectively and do possess the appropriate range of skills to perform its functions to the required standard.  There is a formal process for assessing the skills mix in the Code.  This has been applied and the position is reviewed regularly.  The Code specifies recent relevant experience in the following areas:
